Massage Therapy services are billed at $135 per hour + HST.
Please note that credit card payments are not accepted.
Payment is accepted by cash or e-trasnfer only.
For patients requesting direct billing, please provide your insurance information when booking your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your initial consultation.
Please complete and email the Health History Form prior to your fisrt appointment.
